EU4Skills: Better Skills for Modern Ukraine
The programme EU4Skills supports the Vocational Education and Training (VET) reform in Ukraine. The programme aims to increase the effectiveness of the reform, improve the quality and attractiveness of vocational education and its relevance to labour market needs, train management and teachers of VET-schools, and modernize selected vocational education institutions. EU4Skills supports the Ukrainian VET-reform on national and regional levels, covering the following seven focus regions: Chernivtsi, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Rivne, Vinnytsia, and Zaporizhia. Elements of the reform are tested in 21 focus VET-schools. The multi-donor action is supported by the EU and its member states Germany, Finland, Poland and Estonia.
