EU4Skills experts from the Polish Solidarity Fund (SF PL) presented the final results of the employers’ and VET graduates’ survey, conducted between May and August 2021. The labour market needs survey was conducted last year in 10 regions:
- Vinnytsia
- Dnipropetrovsk
- Kirovohrad
- Zaporizhzhia
- Lviv
- Mykolaiv,
- Odesa,
- Poltava
- Rivne
- Chernivtsi. As a result of collecting and processing the obtained information, the system of data visualization of the employers’ survey has been created on the website of the State Employment Service. The platform contains data broken into various metrics and categories. Thus, users are able to obtain data about the employers of each of the 10 regions regarding the number of planned/real vacancies, planned dismissal of the employees, employment rate of the VET graduates, needs of employers in terms of skills and competencies, and re-training of employees.
The mentioned data will become a basis for the development of the regional VET policy, the provision of the VET system with required qualifications and training programmes, which will lead to increased employment and a strengthened economy.
