Labour market information system
In 2019-2022 EU4Skills worked on the introduction of a Labour Market Information System (LMIS). LMIS is based on data from employer needs surveys and tracer studies among alumni of vocational schools.
The National Employment Service is planning to permanently maintain the LMIS, based on the EU4Skills-developped methodology.

Detailed results of the employer survey of the year 2021 are presented on this platform. The interactive database allows to trace the results based on many variables such as a level of employment, broken down by sectors, regions or specific professions. Information on the expected number of new vacancies based on the same criteria, as well as which skills employers are looking for in different regions of Ukraine, is also presented.
The interactive platform is available on the portal of the National Employment Services. Jobseekers have an opportunity to check in which region employees with specific skills are sought, or to consider changing their profession, using the training and activation programs offered by the employment services or on the market.
